Laurent Ohana

Chairman & CEO

Laurent co-founded Reachable in 2007, was its Chairman and then in 2013 became CEO. Laurent started his first web company in 1994 and has been building web businesses ever since as a CEO and as a VC and banker (at Parkview Ventures). Laurent led or helped build web companies in NYC, Silicon Valley, China, Israel and Europe in Big Data, News & Business Information, Privacy & Identity Management, AdTech, Fitness, E-commerce, FinTech, and IP harvesting. He studied economics at Berkeley and law at NYU. Laurent was an M&A lawyer at Fried Frank in NYC for 6 years until in 1993 he realized that everything would change with the Internet and made the jump to the entrepreneurial side!


Matthew Apprendi

Chief Revenue Officer

Matt is responsible for unlocking the value of social capital data in the enterprise with Reachable’s relationship intelligence platform. Matt’s been a fixture in the NYC tech scene for nearly ten years, where he’s been focused on building and commercializing data products in startups and large firms. Some of Matt’s highlights prior to Reachable include founding dynamo.ai, a CRM analytics software provider, helping launch Hearst’s data-driven marketing division Core Audience and forming the data solutions practice at marketing software firm Collective.Matt proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and holds degrees from NYU Stern & University of South Carolina Beaufort.


Kevin McCarthy

Director, Customer Success

With a background in tech support, web and graphic design, and communications, Kevin is focused on maximizing the value Reachable customers derive from our social capital platform. Kevin gives our clients the tools to be as productive as possible with Reachable for their sales teams to receive warm introductions to their prospects. Kevin has been involved with early stage startups in the analytics space and takes pride working with non-profit, the Business of Good, as their Communications Director.

Senior Executive with 20+ yrs experience in founding and growing startup businesses and building long-term relationships. Founded multiple successful companies – Second Foundation, Foundation3, Trantor.

Worked in Software Services, Consulting, Global Delivery, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing. Logistics and Financial Services Industries. Co-founded SecondFoundation.Inc. a Global Services company acquired by Fidelity Information Services(FIS) in 2007.

Dawn is the President of Boost Technologies LLC, which was recently named on the Top 50 Fastest Women Owned Businesses in the world. Dawn is the former Chief Operating Officer of Cision, where she led sales, marketing, finance, analysis, research and content acquisition to drive the overall strategic vision for North America. Prior to joining Cision in 2012, Dawn held key leadership positions over a 20 year career within LexisNexis in corporate responsibility, global licensing, business development, sales and marketing.

Dawn is an attorney and a frequent speaker on the role of business in combating human trafficking and is the co-author of Doing Well by Doing Good “CSR for Bars” published in the Spring 2012 Bar Leader Magazine, an ABA publication. Dawn is passionate about the arts and served on the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Art Institute and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Culture Works.
